About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients' needs and evolving trading strategies to guide the bank's distribution strategy.
• Partner with internal and external clients to solve problems and contribute to growth generation.
• Lead change management efforts across the bank to extract value from market electronification.
• Maintain analytical dashboards by synthesizing information from data platforms of trading venues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automated data pipelines developed in Python/VBA.
• Maintain and troubleshoot visuals, metrics, and data connections within Power BI dashboards.
• Act as backup in BCP plan.
• Improve efficiency through new data delivery channels, data scraping tool integration, code reviews, and dashboard optimization.
• Assist with driving new analytics initiatives across regions.
• Develop commentary for dashboards and reports highlighting insights as a cohesive story.
• Create and publish customized and standardized reporting packs based on stakeholder needs.
• Understand trade lifecycle and assist with issue and outage handling with sales, trading, technology, operations, external brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Connect with external vendors to improve client direction.
• Present and meet clients to share data findings.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Python.
• Experience in data analysis and modeling, including data gathering, cleaning, manipulation, visualization, and analysis.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
• Presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Master degree.
• EU citizen.
• Less than 29 years old.
