Email Marketing Manager - Hybrid Onsite in Culver City

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own monthly planning, calendars, and storytelling for CRM (email, SMS, push) and Loyalty programs.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with teams like Web Merchandising, Planning, and Brand Marketing.
• Manage reporting and performance tracking of campaigns using ESPs and web analytics tools.
• Implement A/B testing strategies across segmentation, messaging, and send times.
• Oversee a team responsible for scheduling, coding, designing, and testing CRM communications.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign assets align with goals.
• Stay current on industry best practices and recommend new strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM (email, SMS, push) and loyalty marketing, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Proficient in HTML coding, including mobile optimization.
• Skilled in email/SMS design tools such as Photoshop and Figma.
• Experience with ESPs like Listrak, Attentive, Klaviyo, etc.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with web analytics tools, preferably Google Analytics.
