About the Role
We're hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to support campaign planning, list segmentation, content development, and analytics for our lifecycle and promotional email programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy email campaigns in platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, or Mailchimp
- Manage segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
- Monitor and optimize open rates, CTRs, and conversions
- Collaborate with content, design, and demand generation teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of email marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for email
- Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation platforms
- Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, or Mailchimp
