About the Role

As a Coordinator Marketing Encore, you will assist in providing Owners and guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation moments. The role involves engaging with guests, promoting trial membership packages, and delivering high-quality customer service within a supportive and friendly work environment at Marriott Vacations Worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with guests and potential Owners while providing elevated customer service.
Offer specially priced trial membership packages.
Effectively communicate the benefits of trial ownership and special offers.
Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals.
Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
Contribute to team goals.
Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
A Real Estate License may be required at some locations depending on state laws.
Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
