Key Responsibilities

Planning and delivery of recruiting events, with a focus on university student engagement and graduate recruitment
Collaborate with the Graduate Talent Acquisition team to support talent pipeline development
Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive digital employer branding efforts
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally (e.g., Talent Acquisition team, Marketing team) and externally (e.g., universities, student organizations)
Leverage data and market insights to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of events and employer branding efforts and refine strategies to maximize impact
Act as the point of contact for all recruiting events in Stockholm

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, HR, Communications, Business, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in Employer Branding, Events, Talent Acquisition, or Marketing is preferred, but relevant experience such as being a student worker in the consulting industry or a similar fast-paced environment is also encouraged
Knowledge of the graduate market (Universities / Student Organizations in Sweden) is a benefit but not a requirement
Fluency in English and proficiency in Swedish is required
Delivering excellent service towards candidates and internal partners
Planning, prioritization, and execution of events
Attention to detail despite multiple tasks and limited time
Self-motivation and resilience in challenging situations
Ability to collaborate across four Nordic offices
Creating engaging brand narratives for diverse audiences

Nice to Have

Knowledge of the graduate market (Universities / Student Organizations in Sweden)
