Trade Show Operations Intern

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to exhibitor inquiries via telephone and email.
• Sending emails to exhibitors and members with important information, reminders for required form submission, collecting materials due, etc.
• Liaising with vendors to ensure fulfillment of their services at the Expo such as coat/bag check, charging stations, scooters, and more.
• Creating and ordering department forms.
• Assisting with reviewing and updating department documents such as the Team Manual, on-site materials.
• Assist with ordering supplies.
• Lead the office shipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to assist with event operations and communication tasks.
• Strong organizational skills to help with reviewing and updating documents.
• Good communication skills for liaising with vendors and exhibitors.
• Availability to work 20-30 hours weekly beginning August 2025 and full-time during the expo from Nov. 13-23, 2025.
