About the Role

The Enterprise Solutions Developer I or II at Educational Employees Credit Union is responsible for completing assigned projects within established objectives and timelines, maintaining knowledge of multiple systems, applications, and programming languages used to develop enterprise solutions. The role involves planning, developing, documenting, deploying, evaluating, monitoring, and supporting solutions, working closely with the IT team and leadership to integrate development strategies that support business needs. The position promotes a positive work environment and offers a competitive benefits package, including a 6% employer contribution to 401k.

Key Responsibilities

Complete assigned projects within established objectives and timelines.
Maintain a working knowledge of multiple systems, applications, and programming languages used to develop enterprise solutions.
Plan, develop, document, deploy, evaluate, monitor, and support completed solutions.
Work closely with the IT Team, IT Business Systems Director, and the CIO to integrate development strategies into solutions that support business needs.
Design, create, and implement custom database solutions that automate and streamline processes.
Develop custom reports based on requirements and data interpretation.
Manage multiple priorities concurrently and work under limited supervision.
Collaborate with technical and business contributors to identify and brainstorm business and technical needs.

Requirements

Associate's degree in Technology or a related field or 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity.
Experience with standard query language (SQL).
Experience with relational database design and standard database concepts.
Proficiency in various programming languages such as ASP.NET and C#.
Experience with diagram and visualization tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time constraints and pressure.
Ability to learn and apply new applications and technologies.
Excellent documentation skills.
Understanding of data and process flows.
Custom database design skills using industry standards.
Experience in custom report development based on requirements.
