Entry-Level Marketing and Admin Support

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Scheduling talent and teachers, and managing classes
• Prepping casting jobs and managing tuition payments and reports
• Providing and implementing marketing ideas such as flyers, documents, emails, and managing social media platforms
• Managing, editing, sharing, and storing audio files via Zoom and Dropbox
• Online research and filing
• Prepping student and teacher class materials, including registering, counseling, and enrolling students

Requirements

• A good team player with strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional phone manner
• Strong online research skills
• Ability to shift focus between tasks in different departments
• Strong focus skills amidst interruptions and deadline pressures
• Interest in sharing the company's story, casting, or education/developing careers
• Marketing experience and social media skills
• Knowledge of Canva, Video Editing, and Wordpress is a plus
• Basic knowledge of AI is a plus
• Proficiency in Mac, Word, and Excel
• FileMaker proficiency is a plus
• Flexibility to shift hours, including occasional early evenings or weekends
• Ability to work in person in Encino, CA
