About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Support Specialist to monitor and respond to comments and inquiries on the company's social media pages such as Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role involves handling customer interactions remotely for a leading pharmaceutical company, with a flexible schedule and a focus on customer service and teamwork. The position is part-time, based in the United States, and offers an hourly rate of $23.00.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to comments on the company's social media pages via Sprout Social.
- Identify and log inquiries, adverse events, and product quality complaints using Sprout Social and Salesforce.com.
- Respond to consumer emails related to social media interactions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (college experience preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years in a customer service role.
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals/healthcare.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Available to work on weekends.
- Previous experience monitoring social media for a large company.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service and social media monitoring.
