The role of the Events Marketing Manager involves leading the events program within North America, enhancing brand awareness, building connections, and driving revenue growth, primarily through planning and hosting events at the Midtown Manhattan office and external industry opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of Events, sales, and marketing to align strategies and maximize ROI
  • Execute hosted events in collaboration with the Head of Events, Tradeshow Marketing Manager, and Events Marketing Assistant
  • Research, plan, and execute internal event opportunities for the New York office
  • Identify trade group opportunities for onsite events for industry professionals through seminars and conferences
  • Promote attendance and drive registrations for internal events using various marketing channels
  • Collaborate on event strategy, experience, and execution needs
  • Manage post-event reporting using tools such as Salesforce and EMS
  • Incorporate best practices to develop a world-class event program for North America

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of corporate B2B event planning experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, event management platforms (Cvent or similar), and HubSpot (or equivalents)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to connect with people naturally
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter mindset, curious, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
