Drive client success through expert project leadership and strategic execution as a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you'll orchestrate high-value projects from concept to completion, serving as the essential bridge between clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategies with detailed methodology, while building and maintaining rapport with client representatives to ensure complete understanding of project scope, deliverables, and performance standards.
  • Establish project success criteria aligned with JLL and client needs, acting as the primary client contact throughout the project duration and guiding all stakeholders through conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation phases.
  • Coordinate all due diligence efforts, develop detailed budgets based on historical and market data, and maintain Master Project Schedules to ensure the timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare RFPs for vendor/contractor services, manage the selection process, and develop procedures for distribution, receipt, opening, levelling, and award of projects and services.
  • Facilitate critical project meetings with internal staff, stakeholders, and external users to ensure efficient communication of responsibilities while managing project performance against schedules, milestones, and critical path items across multiple projects.
  • Manage vendor and team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory entities, and client expectations while identifying and mitigating potential liability and risk concerns.
  • Contribute to refining best practices and standards of excellence for the business unit and JLL overall as requested by the Management Committee, the Region Manager, or Market Lead.
  • Assist in training team members in firm procedures, methodology, and practices required for successful project implementation.
  • Keep Team Lead fully informed of all project, internal, and client issues affecting JLL's local, national, and global reputation while supporting the PDS Team in meeting annual AGM financial targets.
  • Drive revenue growth through maintaining and expanding existing client relationships and developing new ones, functioning as a subject matter expert for specific products or services.
  • Effectively communicate all available JLL products and service offerings while contributing to the development of new service delivery ideas for the business unit.
  • Manage accounts receivable to ensure maintenance at levels not exceeding the planned working capital charge as set by corporate finance, project team, and/or Regional Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Project Management role.
  • Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to the client and teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture, space planning concepts, and highly organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive-level external and internal clients, as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client's representatives, etc.)

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required; degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
