Facilities Project Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle multiple projects across various departments, including procurement of services and materials.
• Support all AHF departments by managing project-related communications and coordination.
• Manage communications between contractors and AHF staff, functioning as a project manager.
• Participate in projects outside of housing, such as pharmacy, clinics, or retail locations, alongside managers.
• Assist in ensuring that AHF's core values and mission are upheld throughout project activities.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with vendors and staff.
• Experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a facilities or healthcare environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment and willingness to support various initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in healthcare or nonprofit organizations.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project coordination or facilities management.
