Key Responsibilities

  • Drive consideration and awareness by tailoring core messaging to specific client and partner audiences to drive meaningful conversations within marketing programs.
  • Accelerate pipeline growth by demonstrating basic understanding of pipeline analysis and successfully managing basic marketing programs.
  • Assist with the execution of marketing programs and campaigns focused on pipeline progression.
  • Demonstrate personal knowledge of client and partner personas (/buying groups) and maintain a clear point of view on the aligned market, industry, or audience.
  • Be an effective communicator who can connect marketing activities with revenue goals and act as the single point of contact for business stakeholders.
  • Proactively determine new and different ways to drive consideration within marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Execute impactful marketing programs and campaigns that translate into tangible business outcomes.
  • Drive programs that improve pipeline yield at scale by understanding what influences pipeline progression.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of client and partner personas, account segmentation, and market trends.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to connect marketing activities with revenue goals.
  • Ability to manage and execute marketing programs and events.
  • Basic skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, communications, and organization.
  • Understanding of IBM's strategy, business model, and marketing metrics.
