Front End Developer (Adobe Target & AEM Authoring Consultant)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and execute A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target
• Manage and maintain AEM content updates and components
• Ensure tagging, metadata, and asset organization in AEM DAM
• Support cross-functional teams with test insights and web optimizations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Target, AEM Sites, and DAM
• Strong understanding of personalization and optimization techniques
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiar with tag management, segmentation tools, and analytics
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or B2B marketing
• Familiarity with APIs, CDPs, and automation tools
