About the Role

We have an opening for a highly motivated, skilled and experienced Front End Developer to join the ADP small business marketing team. The role involves developing and maintaining digital marketing experiences, including websites, campaigns, and omni-channel marketing programs, to effectively promote ADP solutions to small business clients. The position offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative team focused on delivering quality digital experiences and supporting business growth through innovative marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of marketing websites and campaigns using Sitecore CMS, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Einstein Decisions, Contentsquare, Drift, and other technologies in partnership with the Small Business Client Marketing teams.
  • Development of HTML landing pages and website content, including text, graphics, video, and interactive features, delivering pixel-perfect code from design deliverables.
  • Interface with Marketing teams to define and implement strategic initiatives, enhancing user experience based on data insights and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and implement A/B and Multivariate tests in-product Ads and campaign landing pages using Optimizely or similar tools.
  • Partner with Sales Automation and Sales Operations to ensure lead flow process integration with backend systems such as Eloqua and Salesforce.com, aligning solutions with sales automation objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to business partners on campaign management, operations, and optimization techniques, including tracking and analyzing outcomes.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing large-scale projects involving B2B websites and omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working with Sitecore CMS or similar enterprise-level platforms.
  • Proficiency with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, PHP, and related tools.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Interaction Studio, and others.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure within an agile development environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Operations, and Marketing.

Nice to Have

  • Agency experience in digital marketing or web development.
  • Sitecore CMS Developer Certification.
  • SEO experience and familiarity with search engine algorithms.
  • Experience developing and testing Ads, Marketing Pages, and Email Campaigns for multiple browsers and user agents.
  • Experience with tools like Invision, Sketch, Miro, Photoshop, Hotjar, Mouseflow.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in web content management, testing, and analytics tools such as Sitecore CMS, Google Analytics, Eloqua, Salesforce Interaction Studio, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Einstein Decisions, Contentsquare, Drift, Google Tag Manager, Optimizely, Hotjar, Mouseflow.
  • Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Invision, Sketch, Miro, and Photoshop.
  • SEO knowledge and search engine algorithm familiarity.
  • Sitecore CMS expertise and Developer Certification are a plus.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
