Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable, and user-friendly web applications focused on frontend development
- Develop UI components and frontend logic using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and implement intuitive, accessible, and performant user interfaces
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices and architecture discussions related to frontend development
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship features that have real user impact
- Debug and resolve production issues affecting frontend systems and services
- Write tests and documentation to ensure product quality and maintainability
- Participate in our on-call rotation, and be available during on-call shifts to respond to and triage any issues that arise
Requirements
- Approximately 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development
- Experience building frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and frontend build tools
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with APIs and integration with backend services
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences
- Comfort working in a collaborative environment and giving/receiving feedback
- Approach work with a growth mindset and find ways to leverage AI to make faster, smarter decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience with UI/UX design principles
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- Experience working in an AI-first company or with AI-related tools
