About the Role

TransUnion is seeking an Agency Development Lead to work with agency holding companies and mid-market agencies to drive revenue growth. The role involves solving agency business challenges, uncovering new revenue streams, and serving as a thought leader. The position reports to the Head of Global Agency Partnerships and offers a dynamic environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and the exploration of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Curate relationships with Executive-level Holding Company leaders and Mid-Market agencies across planning, activation and measurement teams
Drive strategic initiatives from inception to delivery with a focus on revenue growth
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and TransUnion leadership across various verticals including Media & Entertainment
Develop agency contact mapping, conduct business reviews, and facilitate education & enablement activities
Accountable for meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Execute agency level deals via contractual agreements
Partner with external agency and holding company stakeholders and leadership across key functions
Build TransUnion agency quarterly strategic plans including financial analysis, trends, and future vision
Drive adoption, activation, and understanding of our product portfolio with a growth mindset
Contribute to quarterly planning of marketing events
Ensure agency feedback informs product development and future solutions
Prioritize multiple requirements, deadlines, and projects simultaneously
Travel as required
Work remotely with occasional in-person attendance at work-related events

Requirements

BA/BS Degree
15+ years of experience with agency partnerships, platforms, adtech, and business development
Knowledge of planning, activation, and measurement including audience syndication, 1P/3P data, identity, onboarding, insights, and clean rooms
Entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
Demonstrated expertise in building and cultivating relationships with senior agency decision-makers at the C-Suite and VP level
Ability to communicate and execute at both executive and end-user levels
Strategic thinker with the ability to unlock growth through prioritization
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional leaders
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills
Independent, proactive, with a sense of urgency
Deep understanding of market competitors, trends, evolving technologies, and client needs

Nice to Have

Experience working in media and entertainment verticals
Experience with contractual negotiations and deal execution
Familiarity with the latest adtech and data ecosystems

Qualifications

Educational background: BA/BS degree
