About the Role

The Global Digital Campaigns Lead at Cognizant is a strategic, high-impact role responsible for driving digital growth for technology services. The position involves owning end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple channels, with a focus on B2B marketing for AI, analytics, cloud, IoT, and digital experience services. The role reports to the Global VP of Technology and Service Line Marketing and requires a leader who can transform business objectives into measurable digital programs that generate pipeline and revenue, while acting as a strategic partner to service line marketing leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with service line leaders to define campaign objectives, target segments, and messaging strategies.
  • Design and architect integrated, full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns across channels including paid social, SEM, display, programmatic, email nurture, and web.
  • Own the end-to-end performance analysis for all global digital campaigns for Technology and Service Line Marketing.
  • Establish and lead testing and optimization frameworks (A/B, multivariate) to improve campaign performance against pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Analyze complex, cross-channel performance data to identify strategic levers for optimization and recommend corrective actions.
  • Translate performance data into compelling narratives of marketing impact and develop insightful quarterly business reviews for executive and sales leadership.
  • Act as the central orchestrator for campaign execution, aligning cross-functional teams including creative, content, operations, and media.
  • Lead cadence calls with stakeholders and regional teams to ensure alignment on performance and optimization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the digital marketing technology stack, leveraging MarTech and AdTech capabilities to maximize campaign performance and recommend new technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in B2B digital marketing, with a focus on data-driven demand generation campaigns.
  • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including advanced targeting and ad formats.
  • Deep experience with enterprise-level CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, including building nurture programs and managing data flows.
  • Advanced proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience with B2B multi-touch attribution modeling and reporting on campaign influence on pipeline and revenue.
  • Proven success in leading complex projects and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to executive audiences.
  • Experience with enterprise AI value propositions and marketing technology is highly desirable.
