About the Role

The Global Paid Media Coordinator at Salesforce is a highly organized and proactive role within the Paid Media team, responsible for ensuring seamless communication and alignment between the Global Cloud Paid Media team and regional paid media teams. The role involves acting as the central point of contact to facilitate information flow and support the execution of global and regional paid media initiatives, without developing media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Global Cloud Paid Media team and AMER Paid Media team, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication regarding paid media plans, assets, and performance.
  • Distribute media briefs, guidelines, and performance updates between Global Cloud Paid Media team and the AMER Paid Media team.
  • Gather feedback, insights, and local market nuances from the AMER Paid Media team and relay them back to the Global Cloud Media team to inform paid media strategy.
  • Manage and develop a central process for intake of ad hoc requests in partnership with the global agency.
  • Identify and propose solutions for optimizing communication workflows and information sharing between teams.
  • Maintain organized records of communication, decisions, and shared resources related to Global Cloud paid media activity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media.
  • Proven experience in a paid media function or project management role within a marketing or media environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple information streams simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify communication needs.
  • Familiarity with paid media concepts and terminology.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with global and regional marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of media planning and campaign management tools.
