Global Product Manager II, Downstream Core GI

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the clinical environment influencing the business, including the clinical procedure, key decision makers, and business barriers and motivations.
• Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional team members, global marketing colleagues, field sales organization, and key opinion leaders.
• Develop and execute product launch plans, including product positioning, marketing messages, collateral, and education programs for domestic and international teams.
• Contribute to the development of annual franchise plans outlining objectives, strategies, tactics, and activities to deliver profitable growth.
• Analyze sales trends and develop financial forecasts, partnering with Product Marketing Operations and supply chain teams to develop demand plans.
• Conduct market research to identify unmet customer needs and product solution opportunities.
• Create solutions with engineering and quality teams to optimize product performance in the field.
• Contribute to the identification and execution of self-development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of successful related business experience.
• Demonstrated success working in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as innovation, planning, and execution abilities.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%, mostly domestic with some international travel.

Nice to Have

• Medical device experience.
• Sales experience or product management experience.
