The position of Global Product Manager, Legacy, involves leading and supporting the commercial marketing initiatives of the Legacy portfolio within the Teleflex Surgical Business Unit, ensuring coordination across internal and external teams to achieve commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tactical commercial plans for individual product lines with complete Sales alignment
  • Develop and manage programs to increase penetration and drive sales of both new and existing products, including customer segmentation, targeting, marketing campaigns, collateral, and product promotions
  • Develop and localize regional sales training, education, promotional materials, and programs as applicable
  • Plan and attend major conventions and regional meetings as required
  • Lead Commercial planning and execution for the Legacy portfolio in North America while supporting regional marketing needs
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to support the yearly strategic plan for the Legacy portfolio
  • Support North America forecasting
  • Ensure adherence to Teleflex Code of Ethics, company policies, rules, procedures, and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years marketing experience
  • 2+ years of clinical experience with surgical medical devices in the OR setting preferred
  • Experience in local brand marketing with responsibility for a brand or portfolio within a country or region preferred
  • Strategic thinking with a strong track record of high-quality execution
  • Ability to plan and prioritize projects across multiple product lines
  • Excellent communication skills to work with senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of medical device new product development processes and the medical regulatory environment
  • Self-starter with a passion for the industry and the ability to work in a lean environment
  • Willingness to create and improve processes as needed
  • Unquestionable ethics and integrity

Nice to Have

  • Experience in insights generation and brand messaging
  • Experience in development and deployment of new launch capsules/packets
  • Experience in local brand marketing (line marketing) within a region

Qualifications

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree
  • Professional experience: 3+ years in marketing, 2+ years clinical experience preferred
