About the Role

The Global Product Solutions Lead, Performance Growth, is a key role within Google's Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team, which serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to the Global Business Organization (GBO). The team focuses on delivering growth and operational effectiveness for Google's Ads business by setting go-to-market strategies, shaping priorities, and commercializing new Ads products. The role involves leading cross-team strategies, collaborating with regional partners, and turning product innovations into packaged tools to maximize customer and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects forward, including intra-Global Product Solutions (GPS), Sales, GTM, Product, gTech, Business Development, Marketing and Legal.
  • Synthesize and prioritize feedback from GTM and Sales teams to influence product priorities and strategy.
  • Lead the roll out of product features and capabilities executing a sales activation strategy.
  • Develop communications for internal and external partners, including sales narratives, pitch decks, and case studies.
  • Partner with GTM to drive internal and external commercialization.
  • Help define success metrics, track product adoption, and measure business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting or product management.
  • 2 years of experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Science.
  • Experience influencing executive leaders through judgment and data.
  • Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent thinking and problem-solving skills to lead operational initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive level contexts.

Qualifications

  • Educational background including a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Relevant experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.

Benefits & Perks

  • US base salary range of $147,000-$216,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
