About the Role

The Global Program Manager, Fire TV Product Marketing & Go To Market (GTM) is responsible for leading global and North America project management for Fire TV's product roadmap, including streaming media players, Smart TVs, and accessories. The role involves streamlining operations, developing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market and support growth. The position is part of the Product Marketing and GTM team at Amazon, working closely with leaders across various departments to execute launch strategies and improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Global and North America Project Management/Program Management for cross-functional projects across the Fire TV roadmap, including identifying bottlenecks, assessing risks, and balancing business needs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain new programs, tools, SOPs, and process improvements to enhance transparency, scale, and efficiencies.
  • Manage Fire TV consumer/market research and Device Brand Studio prioritization, budget, and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain GTM Portfolio Calendars and Document Repository.
  • Own strategic global acquisition and engagement efforts for all event marketing initiatives for international and partner summits.
  • Host events and presence at third-party conferences and trade shows.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with other Amazon marketing teams, establish best practices, and support worldwide teams in problem solving.
  • Define and deliver projects related to process development, workflow redesign, and marketing deliverables across GTM.
  • Work collaboratively across Amazon Devices product lines to share knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Strong business judgment, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels.

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, formulas, data cleansing, array formulas).
