Graphic Design Specialist (Hybrid (Mon-Wed in-office)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Complete designs that exhibit mastery of the fundamentals for good print and digital design and consistently exceed expectations, under the direction of the Creative Manager.
• Create collateral for the circular/shared mail program and in-store signage using established design templates for print design.
• Version out digital assets for the website, digital marketing, and social media channels within existing brand guidelines.
• Use pre-press knowledge to prepare promotional mailers for print and optimize digital assets for their respective channels.
• Collaborate with the team, learn new software, and stay current with design trends.
• Work independently to deliver projects on time, managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• 1+ years of print and digital design experience within an in-house corporate environment.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Programs/Tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Keen attention to detail, including spellchecking, proofreading, and editing all work.
• Familiarity with print production processes and building final files for output.
• Exceptional project management skills, including prioritization and time management.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic suited for a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external correspondence.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a retail or in-house corporate environment.
• Knowledge of current design trends and software beyond the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media asset creation.

Qualifications
