About the Role

PSP Group, LLC (Pet Supplies Plus & Wag N Wash brands) are seeking an enthusiastic in-house graphic design specialist to bring our monthly promotions to life for both our Pet Supplies Plus and Wag N Wash brands. We need a production-focused designer with a keen eye for detail to ensure that the layout and design aligns with our brand standards. The successful candidate will have experience with both print and digital design, a positive attitude and a passion for creating designs that will enhance the brands and engage our neighbors. Please note: All submissions for this position must include an online portfolio showcasing past work.

Key Responsibilities

Complete designs that exhibit mastery of the fundamentals for good print and digital design and commitment to consistently exceed expectations, under the direction of the Creative Manager.
Create collateral for the circular/shared mail program and in-store signage using established design templates for print design.
Version out digital assets for the website, digital marketing, and social media channels within existing brand guidelines.
Use pre-press knowledge to prepare promotional mailers for print and optimize digital assets for their respective channels.
Collaborate with the team, learn new software, and stay current with design trends.
Work independently to deliver projects in a timely manner, balancing tight deadlines with quality design in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
1+ years of print and digital design experience within an in-house corporate environment.
Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Proficiency with Microsoft Programs/Tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
Keen attention to detail to complete all designs according to specifications, including spellchecking, proofreading, and editing.
Familiarity with print production, including building final files for output.
Exceptional project management skills, including prioritization and time management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
Positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic suitable for a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with digital marketing and social media asset creation.
Knowledge of current design trends and software beyond Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
1+ years of relevant experience.
