Group Product Manager, Mobile

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for our clinician and client mobile apps. You'll drive the vision behind the product, defining the user experience, setting priorities, and charting the course to success.
• Lead with data and empathy by gathering user insights, analyzing A/B tests, and making data-driven decisions to ensure the app resonates with its audience.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product managers.
• Use market, competitive, and operational data to identify opportunities for product enhancements, growth, and customer value.
• Understand customer needs and market trends to inform product development decisions.
• Champion collaboration by working closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to turn your vision into reality.
• Roll up your sleeves and get things done by diving into details, experimenting, and iterating quickly.
• Continue to scale a world-class product, taking a mobile app from zero to millions of users.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading the product development of a successful mobile app, ideally from concept to launch and growth.
• Knowledge of healthcare (EHR systems) is a plus.
• Proven track record of scaling and iterating on features based on user data and market insights.
• Strong understanding of mobile development best practices and the evolving mobile landscape.
• Experience leading and growing a team of product managers.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decision-making ability.
• Familiarity with iOS (SwiftUI) and Android development.
• Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
