About the Role

Get in on the ground floor at one of Boston's top startups and help solve a huge challenge for product, UX, developer, and marketing teams: understanding customer experience. We're looking for a full-stack Growth marketer to be responsible for running programs that drive pipeline for the LogRocket Sales team. Our Growth team is high-performing, integrated across the entire prospect to customer lifecycle, and understands how marketing helps sales drive revenue. This means you'll be a part of a diverse set of programs, from content-based programs, to paid performance marketing, to SDR-driven campaigns, and beyond. This role will work closely with our Director of Growth and VP, Marketing to conceive of and execute new ways to drive sales pipeline as well as scale programs that have gained traction. Additionally, you'll work closely with our Content team to create artifacts worthy of our prospects' attention, and our SDR team to ensure execution from beginning to end. You'll have to be a great: communicator (both internally and externally), writer, and creative problem solver. Beyond that, though, you've got to be able to distill the main goal and breakdown the key drivers that are vital to success of a program. This role is open to candidates located in the greater Boston area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run growth programs that drive sales pipeline for the LogRocket Sales team.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Growth and VP, Marketing to conceive and execute new sales-driving initiatives.
  • Scale existing programs that have gained traction.
  • Work closely with the Content team to create engaging artifacts for prospects.
  • Coordinate with the SDR team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns from start to finish.
  • Communicate effectively both internally and externally, and solve problems creatively.
  • Break down key drivers and main goals to ensure program success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience running Growth programs.
  • Ability to be analytical in approach to problem-solving and strong intuition.
  • Experience in Adwords, Google display, Facebook ads, and/or Twitter ads is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of business analytics and statistics.
  • Experience collaborating across departments such as sales, content, and operations.
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing technology, including Marketo, Instapage, Salesforce.com, Outreach, Zapier, or in-house solutions.
  • Bonus points for HTML, CSS & JS experience.
  • Background in session replay, product management, application performance monitoring, or web analytics spaces.

Nice to Have

  • HTML, CSS & JS experience highly desired.
