About the Role

Business Growth Marketing (BGM) contributes directly to Meta's mission by connecting every business in the world with their customers. We are looking for a growth marketer to support the testing and scaling of new AI solutions for business customers, including an advertiser copilot. Successful candidates have experience building growth programs via digital channels at a fast-paced company. They can execute against a roadmap, and use research/testing to chart a course where roadmaps have yet to be defined.

Key Responsibilities

Support the testing and scaling of new AI solutions for business customers, including an advertiser copilot.
Build and execute growth programs via digital channels at a fast-paced company.
Use research and testing to chart a course for initiatives where roadmaps have yet to be defined.
Influence and provide direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative, to execute and evaluate marketing campaigns.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in marketing.
Proven experience in digital marketing and/or demand generation for sales.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools.
Experience marketing to B2B audiences.
Experience with A/B Testing and lift measurement.
Experience influencing and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, sales, product, and creative.
Experience marketing to developer audiences.
Experience with Salesforce AI solutions, including Agentforce.
Demonstrated understanding of AI landscape and experience with Agentic solutions.
