GTM & AI Automation Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and deliver a joint Sales + Marketing automation backlog, focusing on seller‑time saved and incremental MQL impact.
• Own n8n infrastructure, including version control, uptime management, logging, and rollbacks, maintaining 99.5% uptime.
• Keep idea‑to‑production cycles within 4 weeks, running A/B pilots and iterating quickly.
• Develop sales bots such as lead enrichment, call‑note summaries, attribute syncing, and RFP answer retrieval.
• Create marketing bots for auto‑segmenting inbound leads, AI‑generated personalized emails, content‑topic clustering, SEO gap analysis, and social‑post scheduling.
• Prototype GPT/RAG agents like 'SEO‑brief copilot' and 'Outbound email drafter.'
• Launch experiments via pilots with small user groups and scale successful initiatives.
• Partner with RevOps and Digital Marketing teams to embed automations into HubSpot campaigns, ensuring deliverability and compliance.
• Produce video walkthroughs and READMEs; train RevOps on basic monitoring.
• Publish a monthly Automation ROI dashboard tracking seller hours saved, marketing hours saved, bot adoption, and incremental MQLs/traffic.
• Track organic traffic lifts tied to AI‑generated content initiatives and attribute conversions back to bots.
• Present quarterly impact reviews to leadership and propose next‑gen pilots.

Requirements

• Experience building data‑driven automations across Sales and Marketing funnels using tools like n8n, Workato, Zapier, or custom code.
• Demonstrated implementation of LLM/GPT solutions such as content generation, RAG search, and conversational agents.
• Deep understanding of HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hubs (or comparable CRM), including objects, campaigns, APIs, and workflows.
• Fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, with ability to stand up custom n8n nodes and webhook services.
• Experience measuring growth levers such as MQL lift, organic traffic, and engagement rates, and tying them to automation work.
• Ability to thrive in high-growth SaaS environments with rapidly changing priorities.
• Cognitive sharpness, fast learner, resourcefulness, execution orientation, and a driven mindset.

• Knowledge of AI tools and how to leverage them for automation and content generation.
• Experience with schema‑writing flows and embedding automations into marketing campaigns.
