About the Role

Guidepost Montessori is a growing network of over 100 schools in the U.S. and Asia, serving children from 0 to 12 years old through programs such as Nido, Toddler, Children's House, and Primary. The role involves supporting preschool children in a Montessori environment, fostering independence, confidence, and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities

Observe children closely to understand and meet their needs.
Prepare a beautiful and organized environment that encourages independence and concentration.
Offer individual and small group lessons to support each child's development.
Form personal connections with each child and cultivate a community of collaboration and respect.

Requirements

Experience working with children aged 3 to 6 in a school setting.
Have a minimum of 6 units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
Be enrolled in the next 3 units of coursework related to early childhood education.

Nice to Have

Experience in a Montessori environment.
Training or certification in Montessori education.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
Enrollment in the next 3 units of coursework in related fields.
