About the Role

The Head of B2B Marketing at Launch Potato is responsible for crafting and executing the company's go-to-market strategy, strengthening its corporate presence, and supporting the integration of newly acquired brands. This role involves leading strategic messaging, developing content and collateral, and elevating Launch Potato's visibility within the performance marketing ecosystem. The company is a high-growth, innovative, tech-enabled media organization with a diverse, entrepreneurial culture, connecting over 100 million consumers monthly to top brands worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, including developing the narrative, messaging, and positioning that align with business goals.
  • Lead the development and management of GTM pages for Launch Potato's corporate and consumer brands' websites, ensuring messaging and design align with brand positioning.
  • Develop content and collateral such as case studies, decks, videos, and guides to support sales and educate partners.
  • Work closely with sales and business stakeholders to ensure messaging resonates with enterprise marketers and financial institutions.
  • Lead initiatives to raise Launch Potato's visibility and reputation through content, events, media outreach, and strategic partnerships.
  • Partner with executives and category leaders to amplify thought leadership through speaking engagements, podcasts, and contributed content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all external channels including websites, LinkedIn, outreach decks, press kits, and recruiting materials.
  • Build an editorial calendar and visibility roadmap aligned with business goals to position Launch Potato as a category leader.
  • Support the integration of newly acquired brands into the broader Launch Potato narrative, ensuring messaging and positioning alignment.
  • Create frameworks, messaging templates, and brand playbooks to support future acquisitions and onboarding of new properties.
  • Lead or support internal brand launch initiatives, including internal education and external rollout.

Requirements

  • Strategic communicator capable of simplifying complex capabilities into clear messaging.
  • Experienced B2B marketer in performance media or tech.
  • Strong content instincts with the ability to create or manage world-class collateral.
  • Comfortable working across teams such as sales, design, executive, and product.
  • Clear sense of brand, tone, and professional market presence.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to take initiatives from concept to launch.

  • Experience in performance media or technology sectors.
  • Ability to develop or manage high-quality marketing collateral.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product.
