About the Role

The Head of Brand Experience & Global Activation is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring consistent and impactful brand representation across global touchpoints. The position plays a critical role in advancing brand-building efforts worldwide, focusing on regional activation, strategic brand partnerships, and experiential marketing. It serves as a collaborative conduit between central brand, creative, regional, and event/partnership teams to deliver culturally relevant and engaging brand initiatives that build equity and engagement across markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent and impactful brand representation across global touchpoints.
  • Advance brand-building efforts globally with a focus on regional activation, strategic brand partnerships, and experiential marketing.
  • Collaborate with central brand, creative, regional, and event/partnership teams to execute brand initiatives that are locally relevant.
  • Bring brand efforts to life in culturally relevant and impactful ways across markets.
  • Oversee and activate brand strategies through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage multi-market teams and direct reports, focusing on empowerment, accountability, and performance.
  • Lead end-to-end event marketing and experiential strategy, including programming, content, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Navigate global-to-local marketing models with sensitivity to cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Build strong relationships with creative, production, communications, legal, sales, and regional stakeholders.
  • Plan marketing activities, track milestones, and report on performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Project management certification a plus (requisite within one year of joining).
  • 12-15 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, integrated campaigns, regional marketing leadership, or experiential/event marketing within global or matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to shape and activate brand strategies through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of building brand equity across channels, markets, and formats.
  • Experience leading multi-market teams and managing senior-level direct reports.
  • Expertise in event marketing and experiential strategy, with oversight of programming, content, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Deep understanding of global-to-local marketing models and cultural sensitivity.
  • Skilled at navigating complex cross-functional environments and building relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence in aligning executive stakeholders and inspiring teams.
  • Highly organized with experience in marketing planning, milestone tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in English as the business language.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, estimated at 30-40%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (preferred).
  • Project management certification (plus).
