About the Role

Spinify is a global B2B SaaS company with a product that customers love, aiming to become the world leader in sales motivation software. The company is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to build a predictable pipeline engine, report directly to the CEO, and have full autonomy and budget to design and execute growth strategies for the US market and beyond. This role is for a builder who will architect lead generation strategies, own the HubSpot instance, launch data-driven campaigns, and work closely with sales and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect the entire lead generation strategy from the ground up to create a predictable flow of high-quality leads.
  • Own and optimize the HubSpot instance for lead nurturing, automating communication, and creating deals.
  • Launch and scale data-driven campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Take responsibility for the entire marketing funnel, tracking and reporting on lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline value.
  • Work as a strategic partner to the CEO and sales team, providing insights to guide go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • A demonstrable history of building a pipeline for a B2B SaaS company with measurable growth.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, leveraging its full capabilities for automation and business generation.
  • Hands-on experience and strong understanding of lead generation in the US market.
  • A strategic thinker with a builder's mindset, skilled at execution and creating new initiatives.
  • Fluent English communication skills and experience collaborating with remote, global teams.
