Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital acquisition and revenue marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions across SEM, SEO, social, Affiliate marketing, display, email, and ABM.
  • Optimize full-funnel digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads, maximize ROI, and drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and optimize the buyer journey across digital touchpoints.
  • Leverage data and analytics to define KPIs, track performance, and optimize marketing strategies for efficiency and impact.
  • Oversee the digital media budget, ensuring effective allocation and execution across channels to meet revenue goals and maximize spend efficiency.
  • Architect and execute high-velocity digital demand generation programs to deliver sales-ready leads, ensuring every prospect interaction is data-enriched and primed for immediate engagement.
  • Lead and evolve industry-specific campaigns and integrated campaigns, adopting tailored GTM strategies and content for high-opportunity sectors.
  • Build web experiences that tell our stories, nurture our audience, and convert at a high level.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other optimization techniques to improve ad and landing page performance and overall campaign results.
  • Analyze campaign performance regularly, using data to optimize and refine future campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, aligning with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Run multi-tier ABM campaigns (1:Many, 1:Few, 1:1) to turn intent signals into meetings and opportunities, especially focusing on securing revenue from large accounts.
  • Manage digital campaign planning, creative development, and execution workflows with internal and agency resources to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales and SDRs to align messaging, campaign focus, and lead follow-up strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years demand generation experience, preferably for B2B technology companies.
  • Experience owning the full demand generation or revenue marketing function of an organization, with managing a team of reports being a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pioneer new markets against existing competition.
  • Analytical and experimental background, capable of using insights to continuously test campaigns, subject lines, and calls to action.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, presenting, problem-solving, and hands-on writing for emails and landing pages.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, Adroll, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and others.
  • Extensive experience with segmenting audiences and developing integrated lifecycle campaigns, including account-based marketing.

Nice to Have

  • Managing a team of reports in demand generation or revenue marketing.

  • Relevant experience in demand generation, preferably in B2B technology.
