About the Role

Businesses of all shapes and sizes rely on Google's unparalleled advertising solutions to help them grow in today's dynamic marketing environment. The team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly by setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual commercialization strategy and business plans to drive business, annual growth and product adoption.
  • Lead a team of global product experts in YouTube as well as broader Google-wide efforts to support vertical solutions, automation and industry imperatives.
  • Provide engagement and leadership with sales teams and specialists in Large Customer Sales and Google Customer Solutions to drive sales activation and prioritization of display in the context of a larger global business organization.
  • Prioritize new product features and improvements to existing products that represent sales requests and market innovation in the competitive display landscape. Effectively influence roadmap and delivery with product and engineering teams.
  • Lead cross-functional partners in Marketing, gTech, and sales finance to align and execute a shared vision for success in Google Search.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 4 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading operational initiatives.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s degree in Science).
  • Problem-solving skills, with experience building persuasive/data-driven business cases.
  • Ability to influence counterparts in Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships with cross-functional partners.

Benefits & Perks

  • US base salary range for this full-time position is $230,000-$324,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
