As a Head of Enterprise Sales for the Americas at Klaviyo, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-line leaders and account executives working with customers in the $500M+ revenue band. You will focus on hiring, training, coaching, and managing the team to land and expand strategic accounts in the upmarket segment. Reporting to the VP, Americas Sales, you will drive sales development, ensure KPI accountability, operate in a fast-paced environment, and provide accurate forecasts and insights from the field.
