The role of HubSpot Expert & Growth Marketer involves taking our sales and marketing engine to the next level by owning and optimizing the HubSpot platform, designing campaigns, and delivering insights that accelerate growth. This position combines deep technical expertise in HubSpot with strategic marketing skills, including automation, lead nurturing, campaign optimization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and admin for HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
  • Build, optimize, and document workflows, pipelines, and automation processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, segmentation, and lifecycle stage management across all databases.
  • Train and support sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices.
  • Design and launch automated nurture campaigns, email sequences, and landing pages.
  • Optimize lead scoring, handoffs, and attribution reporting to align sales and marketing.
  • A/B test subject lines, CTAs, forms, and workflows to increase conversion.
  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that attract and convert SMB executives.
  • Partner with sales leadership to drive pipeline acceleration and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage reporting dashboards to track KPIs including MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed-Won.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Act as a thought partner to the CEO and CMO on HubSpot strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Benchmark and implement HubSpot's latest tools, AI features, and integrations with other platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub experience (HubSpot certifications required).
  • Proven experience in designing and managing complex workflows, automations, and integrations.
  • Strong marketing background with a track record in B2B demand generation, inbound, and ABM.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and campaign attribution.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in MSP/IT services, SaaS, or B2B professional services preferred.
