The role involves joining the French Sales team as an Inbound Business Development Manager, focusing on qualifying, nurturing, and converting inbound leads into long-term partners through consultative sales and managing the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets (400€ per month, higher than outbound due to inbound lead flow).
  • Engage 100% of inbound leads quickly and effectively, understanding their business needs and potential fit with Fresha.
  • Run discovery conversations and tailor product demos to demonstrate value against partner objectives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close, ensuring a smooth handover into onboarding.
  • Log and track all lead interactions in CRM, maintaining accurate data for forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless new partner experience.
  • Provide structured feedback on inbound lead quality and trends to Sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, able to listen, qualify, and close deals.
  • Organised and efficient, capable of managing a pipeline and working at pace.
  • Curious and driven, always seeking to improve and grow.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payments is highly desirable.
  • Bonus: Experience in the beauty & wellness industry.
