About the Role

This UK-based eCommerce business is expanding into the US and building out its analytics presence stateside. With a proven track record of success in Europe, they're now scaling rapidly in the US market, offering you the chance to make a real impact from day one. As an Insights Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of the US analytics team, shaping how the company understands its customers and makes decisions. You'll be instrumental in driving the business forward as it scales, providing commercial insights that improve performance and support growth.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer behavior, marketing performance, and product journeys.
Build reports and dashboards to track KPIs and highlight growth opportunities.
Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the US business.
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to support strategy and expansion plans.
Leverage SQL and visualization tools to deliver high-quality analysis.

Requirements

Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
Background in insights, analytics, or similar data-driven role.
Commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience in eCommerce, retail, or customer-focused industries is a plus.
