Intern - Marketing Communication

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting new Marketing communications initiatives from the ground up.
• Supporting content creation, including external customer newsletters, stories for the Intranet (with visuals), announcements, etc.
• Supporting account-based marketing initiatives towards Industrial and Aftermarket customers.
• Preparing supporting material such as presentations, visual content, briefing material, meeting memos, and reports.
• Assisting with the creation and editing of marketing materials including PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, and digital content.
• Managing communications-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program.
• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours (Mon-Fri).
• Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Able to come onsite 3 days/week (Mon-Fri) to Fairlawn HQs.
• Basic design skills required (Cavana proficiency acceptable).
• Experience creating digital and print materials such as social media graphics, sales collateral, and branded presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different platforms and audiences.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and support brand guidelines.
• Good presentation and writing skills.
• Keen interest in marketing communications, especially on digital platforms.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Availability to start in Fall 2025 and for at least one semester (preferably one year).
• Legal authorization to work in the US (no sponsorship provided).

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.
