About the Role

The International Student Ambassador position at Computer Systems Institute Inc is designed to provide excellent customer service to the international student population. The role involves introducing CSI to prospective students, assisting in marketing content development, onboarding new students, and promoting student involvement through activities and events. The ambassador reports to the Director of Strategic Initiatives/Admissions Manager and plays a key role in marketing and student engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Generate content for social media pertinent to International students, including highlighting students' accomplishments, taking pictures and videos of events and activities with consent, and sharing student stories.
Conduct social media takeovers to promote student life and campus activities.
Write articles and blogs about topics important to international students.
Participate in and/or organize webinars for international students.
Report daily activity on a Daily Activity Report (DAR).
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Continued attendance in a program at CSI with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above.
Has completed at least 2 quarters (6 months) at CSI.
Demonstration of strong oral and written English skills.
Customer service experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good networking skills.
Attention to detail in projects and tasks.
Patience and understanding regarding student needs.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Presence on various social media platforms.
Positive spirit and friendly attitude.
