Key Responsibilities

  • Execute activities for prospecting, lead generation, and create interest for SolarWinds products among existing customers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, and assist potential customers during the product evaluation process
  • Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce for handover to Sales Reps
  • Submit accurate and timely pipeline commits on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Conduct short first-touch 5-minute online product demonstrations to potential customer audiences that are both technical and non-technical
  • Work closely with the internal sales team based in Berlin to ensure a smooth handover
  • Provide market feedback including customer priorities and needs
  • Engage in social selling by creating new, unique content on social media platforms, including being comfortable on camera

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of lead qualification, SDR, or sales experience
  • Passion for creating interest in prospects to learn more about SolarWinds products
  • Enthusiastic and self-starter approach
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Exchange, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
  • Comfortable creating social media content and being on camera

Nice to Have

  • Language proficiency depending on the country supported

Qualifications

  • Experience with social media content creation
  • Experience with product demos and customer engagement
