About the Role

As an IT Product Manager, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of our products, from inception to launch and beyond, for our products, platforms, or services. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, you'll define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs. You will leverage your strong analytical skills and customer insights to prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements that deliver maximum value to our users and drive business outcomes. You will serve as stakeholders' primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product development process, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market needs.
  • Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development and delivery.
  • Serve as stakeholders' primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements, including current and future state process maps.
  • Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Advocate for exceptional user experiences, working closely with design and engineering teams to prioritize usability and accessibility improvements.
  • Lead the successful launch of new products and features, coordinating launch activities and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and success, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by iterating on product features and processes based on user feedback, data insights, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with product management peers and stakeholders to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.
  • Act as a passionate customer advocate, representing their needs and interests in product decisions and initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies impacting product delivery or performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management, sharing insights with the organization.
  • Drive measurable business impact through product innovation, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and market share expansion.
  • Perform other assigned duties that align with the organization's vision, mission, and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant and practical experience.
  • Good working knowledge in key modules of Endur and commodity operations.
  • Knowledge of Endur risk and valuation functionality and EOD automation (TPM and Services Manager).
  • Deep knowledge of standard and customization approaches for implementation of requirements, reporting support, building complex desktops, APM pages, and pre/post-processing logic.
  • Understanding of Endur architecture and best implementation practices.
  • Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Gas, Power, and/or Agricultural Products.

Nice to Have

  • Any relevant IT Certification.

  • Educational background with a Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
