IT Project Manager - CX (Remote)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes and executes effective communication with Project Stakeholders.
• Partners with stakeholders to lead the project planning effort, including the formulation of the project scope, definition of the project deliverables and the required delivery dates, creation of a logical work breakdown structure, and definition of major project milestones.
• Understand organizational/initiative goals and success criteria to apply to project work.
• Apply experience in Agile, Waterfall or other project delivery methodologies.
• Create, monitor, track, and adjust project plans based on critical milestones for a group of initiatives.
• Assist in development and execution of change management processes within the Technology organization.
• Work with stakeholders to determine and align dependencies, then proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Participate in vendor selection and onboarding processes in accordance with company policy.
• Be involved with the purchase order and invoicing process for third-party vendors.
• Execute fiscal management and reporting for operational, product/business, technology, and vendor stakeholders, including forecasting and variance analysis.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in project management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Tableau.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with the planning and execution of projects and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience managing technical projects in a modern software environment.

Qualifications

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a related field.
