About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background who enjoys being part of a tight-knit team and is looking to make an immediate impact. Our work specializes in clean-sheet design projects across various industries, including automotive, wearable electronics, robotics, aerospace, and clean energy. Our fast-paced environment focuses on delivering high-quality solutions within weeks or months, not years. We are passionate about our work and strive for excellence within the unique constraints of each project.

Key Responsibilities

Own projects from beginning to end.
Develop early project success and maintain existing client relationships.
Handle contracting and budgeting.
Guide the technical team to the best solution.
Create buy-in across all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Act as the voice of the customer to the technical team and vice-versa.

Requirements

Experience in the product development life cycle and systems engineering.
Proven Product Manager experience.
Ability to integrate and validate whole products.
Strong background in software with an understanding of hardware integration.
2 years of engineering experience.
2 years of project management or product management experience.

Nice to Have

Experience in hardware product development and integration of major engineering components into cohesive products.
Knowledge in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software development, and industrial design.
Experience in embedded hardware/controls development.
Proficiency in system-level rapid prototyping techniques and materials.
