OSP Project Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• As the point of contact on assigned projects - performs a variety of duties such as assigning team members, updating statuses; working with team members to maintain timeline of project
• Responds to inquiries about projects
• Working with team and vendors/contractors for quotes/invoicing
• Processing Purchase Order requests and providing to managers/vendors
• Working with team and AP to process confirm receipt/completion of purchase order and acquire approval for payment processing
• Review and update Spend Reports (confirming projects are on budget or reasons for discrepancies; advising of coding changes as needed)
• Miscellaneous clerical duties

Requirements

• Thoroughness and strong organizational skills
• Highly self-motivated, assertive and self-directed
• Good customer service skills for both external and internal customers

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in project coordination, resource scheduling or related field preferred
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
