JAVA Lead Developer with Microservices

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Define application architecture and create high-level design artifacts.
• Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules.
• Lead validation activities for all types of testing.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Requirements

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX or be willing to relocate prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• 3+ years of experience in building and supporting web development in a software product organization.
• 3+ years of experience in Java/J2EE Technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE Technologies with in-depth knowledge of Spring frameworks such as Spring Boot with microservices, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA, and Hibernate.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Frameworks.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• High-level knowledge of CI/CD processes.

• Hands-on experience with Spring reactive and Spring WebFlux.
• Experience with enterprise application deployment using CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
