About the Role

The role is for a Java Spring Technical Lead responsible for designing, developing, and reviewing complex Java and Spring Boot applications. The position involves leading offshore teams, participating in Agile ceremonies, and ensuring high-quality technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Participating in Agile ceremonies
Working with PO/BA for requirement discussion
Creating the design and providing the solution to the new functionality
Able to do the code review of offshore resources
Able to create the Technical User stories
Leading offshore teams
Participating in query optimization
Ensuring good communication within the team

Requirements

10+ years of Java and Spring Boot programming experience
10+ years of strong experience in RESTful web services and Microservice creation, including designing and creating from scratch
10+ years of SQL Server experience with complex query writing
Experience in creating design and architecture for new functionality
Strong experience in highly complex Java programming using Spring Boot and Microservices
Experience using Swagger API
Good experience with various debugging tools
Experience in CI/CD OpenShift environment
Good knowledge of SQL programming including stored procedures, triggers, views, and table design
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead offshore teams
Experience in code review
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum environment
Experience with Agile methodologies and development
