Key Responsibilities

Develops graphics, digital media, cartography, and other multimedia products.
Utilizes request management tools to provide swift high-quality customer support for communication requests.
Coordinates with UI/UX designer in Knowledge Management to ensure graphic products provide an engaging and user-friendly experience.
Creates graphic designs for a variety of written and digital products.
Develops design concepts and implements designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other digital content presented online.
Ensures products conform to all production standards, copyright laws, accessibility compliance requirements, public release clearances.
Conducts technical quality checks.
Manages an approved concept and build in HTML/CSS to ensure responsive design principles.
Provides cartography support as needed to design thematic and reference maps.

Requirements

BABS and 5 years of experience or no degree and 9 years of experience.
A work portfolio of experience is required in addition to the candidate's resume.
TSSCI with Polygraph level clearance required.
Experience with leading the development of graphics, digital media, cartography, and multimedia products.
Experience with front-end web design, UI/UX, HTML/CSS.
Skills in photography and video editing.
Experience mentoring and training junior staff.
Ability to create engaging and user-friendly graphic products.
Knowledge of developing design concepts and implementing designs for web pages, mobile apps, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, and other digital content.
Understanding of production standards, copyright laws, accessibility, and compliance requirements.
