The CX Measurement & Insights team manages quantitative and qualitative marketing research for the enterprise, including research design, research execution, analysis, actionable insight synthesis, and presentation creation. The team partners with and presents learnings and recommendations at all levels of the organization, including the executive and the CEO. The Junior Data Analyst will assist in analyzing market, client, and employee data to identify meaningful insights and opportunities, supporting strategies to improve experiences and business performance.
